The https://api.flytplatform.com/skip/subscribe/delivery-restaurant-eta endpoint is used to subscribe to courier proximity notification webhooks from SkipTheDishes. Notifications will be forwarded to the configured callback URL.

Subscriptions can cover the entire brand, an individual restaurant, or individual orders. More specific subscriptions will take precedence (order > restaurant > brand).
